# Can I connect a non-Twilio phone to ElevenAgents?

Yes — you can connect non-Twilio numbers using SIP trunking.

SIP trunking allows you to establish a direct connection between your telephony infrastructure and the ElevenAgents platform. This means you can route inbound calls from any supported phone number — even if it's not hosted on Twilio — to your agents.

Using SIP trunking, you're not limited to Twilio numbers and can integrate with existing carriers or on-premise systems.
