はい。SIPトランキングを使用して、Twilio以外の電話番号を接続できます。

SIPトランキングを使用すると、電話インフラストラクチャとElevenAgentsプラットフォームを直接接続できます。つまり、Twilioでホストされていない場合でも、サポート対象の任意の電話番号への着信をエージェントにルーティングできます。

SIPトランキングを使用すれば、Twilioの電話番号に限定されず、既存の通信事業者やオンプレミスシステムと統合できます。
