# Twilio API

## 개요

ElevenLabs AI 에이전트를 Twilio와 연결하여 SMS 및 MMS 메시지를 보내고 메시지 및 통화 기록을 조회하세요. 이 통합을 사용하면 에이전트가 대화 중 또는 대화 후에 텍스트로 고객과 소통하고, 맥락 파악을 위해 이전 상호작용 기록을 검색할 수 있습니다.

## 기능

| 도구의 첨부 파일     | 지원되지 않음 — `twilio_send_message`는 URL로 MMS 미디어를 첨부할 수 있지만 에이전트는 미디어 콘텐츠를 다운로드하거나 분석하지 않음 |

## 설정

이 통합은 인증에 **Twilio Account SID**와 **Auth Token**을 사용합니다.

#### Twilio Console에 로그인

[twilio.com/console](https://www.twilio.com/console)로 이동하여 계정에 로그인하세요.

#### 자격 증명 복사

대시보드에서 **Account Info** 섹션을 찾으세요. **Account SID**(`AC`로 시작)와 **Auth Token**(눈 아이콘을 클릭하여 표시)을 복사하세요.

#### ElevenLabs에서 연결

ElevenLabs 통합 설정의 해당 필드에 **Account SID**와 **Auth Token**을 붙여넣으세요.
