In Mailchimp, go to Account → Extras → API keys, create a key, and copy it along with your server prefix (like us1 from your account URL) and Audience ID from Audience → Settings
In ElevenLabs Console, save your API key in Secrets Manager as MAILCHIMP_API_KEY
